Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4:

Bedroom 3, which is nearest the Master Bedroom, is furnished for teenagers.  Whereas, the 4th has pixie type wall pictures and furnished for children aged 3 to 10 years of age.  At 667 Eagle Pointe South there is a high level TV and both are fully colour co-ordinated and having walk-in closets for clothing and luggage etc.  Both have dressing tables with mirrors in matching colour to the furniture.  The pictures provided do not show the space or colours to their fullest.

Dining Room Area:

This is fully carpeted with seating at the large table for six.  All dining utensils are provided with centre decorative flower arrangement.  We have also provided special lighting above the table for that extra effect on special occasions.  The whole effect of this allows the family to enjoy meals in space and comfort on matching table and chairs.  The furniture and upholstery is matching that of the living room area.

Finally, we have provided a decorative pelmet to the window and large plant in the corner to enhance the appearance of the area and give that homely look.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:

	The spacious kitchen has ample storage and work top areas provided for food preparation etc.  All eating utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided along with cooking utensils for those who wish to prepare that special meal.  There is also a breakfast bar, table and 4 chairs.
It is fully equipped to the highest standards.  Complete with a large American Fridge/Freezer, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and coffee maker.  Together with integrated overhead microwave cooker and extractor fan.
